What you'll get to do
You will be conducting independent visits to Horizon's residential children's homes in accordance with Regulation 44 of The Children's Home (England) Regulations 2015.
The role will involve producing reports about each visit that provides an opinion (with supporting evidence) as to whether children are effectively safeguarded, and the home is being conducted in a way that promotes children's wellbeing. You will also be providing recommendations for the improvement and enhancement of services in the interests of the children and young people we care for.
Ensuring that the voices of children and young people, and other stakeholders are heard and reflected in reporting.

You will be required to travel to all sites within Horizon's existing residential portfolio and any homes that Horizon may open in the future, so a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
