- Level 4 Apprenticeship: Children, Young People and Families Practitioner
Through our unique and tailored induction programme, and in partnership with our Apprenticeship Training Provider, our Residential and Transitional Services colleagues are supported to achieve their Level 4 Apprenticeship. For those who join us without the qualifications needed, Horizon are here to help and guide you in building your future from day one.
- Level 5 Apprenticeship: Children, Young People and Families Manager
And it doesn’t stop there. We’re building a future with internal talent and inspiring leaders to ensure Horizon can continue to drive the delivery of outstanding care, support and education. We are delighted to launch our Emerging Leaders Programme which is designed for our Senior Residential Care Workers, Senior Support Workers and Deputy Managers. Colleagues will develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to become leaders of the future through this Level 5 Apprenticeship.
