Recruitment & Onboarding Co-ordinator - Care

We are looking for a passionate Recruitment & Onboarding Co-oridinator to play a key role in building our exceptional team.

About the role:
You'll work in partnership with the Recruitment Lead for Care Teams to Recruit and Onboard new colleagues for our Residential and Supported Accommodation teams.
From identification of vacancy, through to offer and onboarding, you'll screen candidates, arrange interviews & ensure each new Horizon employee has the best possible expeirence through their onboarding journey.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all new colleagues are recruited in a timely and efficient way to meet project deadlines.
You will be remote working with occasional travel to our head office, schools, and homes, so a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
