This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced team in a therapeutically informed home for children with complex social and emotional needs/Learning Disabilities.

  • Providing support with morning routines such as getting ready for school and making sure they have a good breakfast.

  • You will need to be open to working in a reflective manner and deliver relationship-based, person centred care as part of a small team. This will involve a combination of day, evening, night, weekend, and bank holiday working.
  • You will work in partnership with parents and other professionals and so you will need a good range of communication skills.

Skills/Experience:

  • You must hold or be already working towards or be willing to undertake and complete within 2 years of starting work at the home the Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England). OR you should hold an equivalent qualification such as The NVQ 3 caring for children & young people and be prepared to complete any additional work to meet the required level.

In return you will receive regular supervision and a commitment from us to your long term personal and professional development. This includes progression into management and senior leadership roles.

Benefits:
