You're a great fit if you:
- Have experience in the care sector, ideally working with young people.
- Hold a Level 5 Health & Social Care diploma (or equivalent).
- Have or have held an OFSTED registration.
- Have working knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory frameworks (specifically Ofsted).
- Thrive in a multi-site environment and excel at communication (both written and verbal).
- Master digital systems and have a knack for data analysis.
- Willingness for regular travel and overnight stays.
