Redwood Class enjoyed an exciting day of hands-on learning at Forest School this week. Pupils got stuck into a range of outdoor activities, from making jewellery using natural materials to exploring owl pellets, prompting plenty of curiosity and discussion about wildlife.
Pond dipping proved a real highlight, with pupils discovering the creatures living just below the surface. It was fantastic to see everyone so engaged and making the most of the opportunity to learn in such a different environment.
Days like this are a great reminder of how valuable and varied outdoor learning can be. We’re already looking forward to our next Forest School adventure!
