Inspiring Habitat Assembly at Woodbury School

Pupils at Woodbury School recently attended a thought-provoking Habitat Assembly, delivered by Science teacher Jez. His passion for the natural world came through clearly, capturing the attention of everyone in the room and sparking meaningful discussion.

The assembly explored a range of ecosystems—from forests to oceans—and the diverse plant and animal life they support. Jez highlighted the growing impact of human activity on these fragile environments and encouraged pupils to reflect on the role each of us plays in protecting the planet.

Through engaging stories and fascinating facts, Jez brought the topic to life and helped pupils understand the importance of even small, everyday actions in creating a more sustainable future. The session left many feeling informed, inspired, and ready to take positive steps towards environmental responsibility.
