Our mission is to help each young person build the confidence, skills, and independence they need to thrive in adulthood.
We work closely with local authorities and external partners across Peterborough and Northampton to develop tailored support plans that respond directly to the needs of local young people. Our teams are passionate, experienced, and committed to building strong partnerships with every young person.
We offer a range of accommodation options to meet different levels of need and independence, including single accommodation, shared housing, and self-contained flats, some with on-site staff support.
Our support is designed to be flexible, with plans ranging from 10 hours a week to 24/7 support, including on-site therapists. This ensures every young person receives the right balance of independence and guidance, when and how they need it most.
Each home is well-furnished, welcoming, and located close to transport links and community amenities to support access to education, employment, and training. With a strong focus on collaboration and co-production, young people are involved in shaping their placements, personalising their spaces, and setting their own goals.
Our teams also work proactively to connect them with education providers, apprenticeships, and job opportunities to support their long-term aspirations.
