Horizon Celebrates Official Opening of Spring Gardens Supported Accommodation

Horizon is delighted to announce the official opening of Spring Gardens Supported Accommodation in Greater Manchester.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for the opening event and ribbon-cutting ceremony, led by Amanda Cunningham, CEO of Horizon Care & Education Group.

Spring Gardens comprises six modern, bright living spaces, thoughtfully designed to help young people feel truly at home as they prepare for adulthood. Each flat is fully furnished and provides a calm, welcoming environment where young people can make it their own.

This event also marked the launch of our BRIDGE Pathway – an innovative new approach to supported accommodation at Horizon. The BRIDGE Pathway helps to bridge the gap between 24/7 and floating support plans, offering young people the reassurance of a safety net while providing the freedom to grow, adapt, and thrive.

A dedicated staff flat on-site ensures round-the-clock support when needed and also serves as a communal therapeutic space. Here, young people can build essential life skills, engage with in-house therapists, and develop a strong sense of belonging.

This is a significant milestone for Horizon, and we extend our deepest thanks to everyone who made it possible.

We are confident that the young people living at Spring Gardens will flourish, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact this service will bring.
