We had a fantastic day at Woodbury School as pupils enjoyed an engaging and informative assembly led by Tom, who spoke about the importance of healthy eating.
Using clear visuals and real-life examples, Tom captured the pupils’ attention—particularly when he revealed how much sugar is in a single can of full-sugar Coca-Cola. It was a real eye-opener and prompted lots of thoughtful discussion.
Tom also introduced the traffic light system found on food packaging, helping pupils understand how to make more informed choices about what they eat. The session sparked plenty of interest and curiosity, and it was great to see our young people so enthusiastic about exploring these everyday decisions.
