Senior Residential Child Care Workers

We are looking for experienced permanent senior members of staff to join our ‘teams around the child’. If you want to make a difference, have a calm approach and thrive on working as part of a small team then we would like to hear from you.

For Senior positions you must;

  • hold an QCF Level 3  in Health and Social Care Children and Young People’s Workforce (Social Care Pathway) or;
  • hold NVQ Level 3 Caring for Children & Young People or NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (CYP Pathway) if qualified before 2010 and have remained in continued employment within a residential childcare setting.

You must:

  • Be over the age of 21
  • Ideally hold a full UK Driving Licence
  • Be prepared to work 24 hour shifts (including sleepovers) on a rota basis although we will consider other working patterns of part time and bank work.

Successful applicants are required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide satisfactory references. Disclosure expense will be met by the employer.
