Registered Home Manager

About Us

At Horizon Care and Education, we live up to our values, and we value our people.  We are proud to be one of the most innovative providers of young people’s residential care in the UK.  Our young people are vulnerable, with complex needs, and can be behaviourally challenging.

The outcomes we help to achieve for them through our caring, therapeutic ‘team around the child’ approach speak for themselves.  We have a dedicated Clinical team of psychologists and therapeutic staff who support our children and our teams every day.

We’re also proud to have been recognised by the National Learning Disabilities and Autism Awards supported by Care England, recently winning their “Best Employer” award.  This highlights the dedication and support shown by our staff to the young people living at our homes, without whom we would not have been able to win this award.

Our Roles

Our aim is for all our homes to hold an Outstanding Ofsted rating and to have full occupancy.  We offer a Reward and Recognition Scheme which means our managers receive additional payments for their performance, occupancy levels and the overall success of Horizon Care and Education.

We have opportunities for progression too; as a growing organisation, we are able to offer exciting new roles to talented managers in our residential settings.  We have a dedicated Learning and Development team who help our staff and managers to develop and maintain the skills and knowledge needed to fulfill their role and move forward in their careers.

We offer a competitive salary, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and a stakeholder pension scheme – as well as the opportunity to gain fantastic experience and be part of a growing, innovative, caring organisation.

Do you fit the bill?
