It is our aim to protect vulnerable
young people from all forms of exploitation and to promote
inclusion, independence and citizenship.
The service provides a safe and supportive environment and
an opportunity for young people to develop the practical skills
and emotional stability they will need to make the transition
to adulthood and make a success of independent living.
Young people are supported in further education and/or employment.
They have their own key, do their own laundry, shopping, cooking,
cleaning, manage their own money. to plan and assisted to
plan and manage their free time constructively.
On site support comprises direct work as set out in the pathway
plan and 24 hour emergency support as required. When young
people are ready to move on to more independent accommodation
outreach support is available.
